There are 2 methods of shipping.

UPS ground costs $6.95 and delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

UPS Express costs $12.95 and delivers by 3pm ON THE DAY AFTER THE ITEM IS SHIPPED.

A $3.95 handling charge is added on to all orders.

We guarantee that you will receive the exact type and brand of contact lenses specified in your order. Each lens will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging.

If within 30 days of order date the product is found unsatisfactory, unopened, unmarked and sealed contact lens vials or boxes can be returned for a full refund.

Vials and multi-packs that have been opened, marked, or damaged are not returnable. We do not refund your original shipping, handling, or return shipping charges.

“Made-to-Order” or “Custom Lenses” are not returnable or exchangeable.

Wrap the package securely, using the box in which you received your order, if possible.
